Due to the inconsistent and unreliable US Postal delivery we are moving to electronic payment methods.

If paying by check, payment is due on the 15th of the month. Please understand that interest is charged after 30 days.

We recommend switching to ACH Payment, a secure, cost-free, and convenient way to handle your payments. To make the transition easy, we’ve included and ACH Authorization form. Please return the form via mail or email to allison@techniquesdentallab.com.
